This collection of resources was created by Peggy Lawson, a classroom teacher from Oxbow Prairie Heights School, Souris Moose Mountain School Division No. 122 (now the South East Cornerstone School Division No. 209) during the 2004-2005 and 2005-2006 school years. This web-based learning resource development (WBLRD) project was funded by the Saskatchewan Educational Technology Consortium, a branch of Saskatchewan Learning.

Many thanks to the Learning Technology Unit of Saskatchewan Learning, under the direction of Jim McLeod, Karen Henderson, and Kevin Tonita, for training and technical and moral support, and Saskatchewan Science Curriculum Consultant Dean Elliott for helpful comments and suggestions. An extra big Thanks! also to the OPHS students and staff who provided content for the site.

This site is copy-right free and available for anyone's use.

Answer keys for all assignments, as well as a sample unit exam for each topic, are available for teachers. Please e-mail me and I'll provide instructions for obtaining these materials.
